“My action plan deals directly with the labour and unemployment problem in Gaza. The Palestine Children Welfare Fund (PCWF) has large land as a kind donation to help implement a job creating project. The action plan involves using this land to cultivate pepper, make popular Gazzan pepper salsa and bottle it for export to the U.S.A and Europe. The action plan starts by employing 5 people and a number of refugee families, and hopefully the income generated will help rasing the number of workers.”
