Sophy’s Action Plan is to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS and promote safe sexual activities among students in Phnom Penh city by using the training of trainers (TOT) method to develop a school youth network and establish peer educators in schools targeted during the 2 years of the project.

The aim is to ensure that at least half of the student population in each school understand the nature of HIV/AIDS and know how to prevent themselves from contracting it.

 Sophy’s vision for his community is that everyone, especially young people, live free from HIV/AIDS and that they can develop their knowledge about the disease easily through consultation and prevention services. He wishes that all people in the world can live free from HIV/AIDS.

 “I think  that our commitment will show the change of the world.”
