 “The youth employment is increasing from day to day in Cambodia, private companies are small and some of them don’t respect properly labour law. The youth don’t have available skills required, professional skills and there are some more challenges between youth and youth such as a gap between poor and rich, old and young, men and women. Therefore, my youth Employment Service will be useful to solve.”

Mony has established an NGO called Youth Employment Service (YES) Cambodia. The network provides youth employment services.

Mony is the leader of planning team of 7 people of YES Cambodia. The network focuses on 3 main activities: Communication and information through the network, capacity building as well as employment itself.

Mony's work contributes to a sustainable future and will improve the living standards of youth in the long term.
