“My action plan is a series of workshops centred around providing real skills for people, focusing on youths, interested in careers in the music industry in the Hip Hop/R’n’B genre. By circulating a performance to showcase their new found skills and provide a performing experience it aims to change the money/sex/drugs themes in the Hip Hop image.”

Marsha wants to provide a support network to help youths in pursuing further education and job opportunities in the music industry. By organising workshops she wants to encourage young people to express themselves and gain confidence in their capacities to start a career in the field of performing arts.
